Went there to buy my first firearm. Thomas helped me, excellent service. He patiently explained every details of the firearm, provided some recommendations. I have been to other major firearm store, but i have to say they have great staff here. Everyone is very friendly with a smile, honest, professional, patient. Even though for a first time buyer, no push, take times to walk you through the process. I will definitely come back to purchase my next firearm here. EXCELLENT service! THANK YOU Thomas!

Shane and co. are amazing, all staff are super friendly, helpful and understanding. Out of the 3 gun shops in the area, I found Reliable had both the best customer service and the best prices (can only speak for 2nd hand firearms). I have interacted with many of their staff over the last few weeks and while I don't remeber their names, they were all experienced and thoughtful in their answers. Would recommend.

Hands down the best store in town for all your firearm/ammunition/accessories needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to help and answer any questions one may have. Great pricing and never any sort of pressure to make a purchase (even when window shopping). They have a great used selection as well. Awesome to see Reliable is also involved in getting youth involved in the sport of shooting at the PMGC. A big thanks to Nick for his help with the new trap gun!

One of the best outdoor stores in Vancouver. They are super friendly and knowledgeable guys. Their prices always fair and they have almost everything related to hunting and shooting

I lost a trigger spring out of my P320. I sent these dudes an email asking if they had ANYTHING in stock so I could get my pistol up and running for a shoot in 3 days. I got a call from Bryan, telling me they have some in stock, and they’ll send a couple, but it depends on Canada Post. Well, less than 24 hours later, I have my springs. Thank you for stocking the small parts, thank you for getting them to me, but most of all, THANK YOU for calling me back with a solution!! Excellent shop, excellent staff, excellent service!
